1. Cleaning:
   • Wash Gently: Use a mild detergent to clean the flag, ensuring its colours remain bright and the fabric stays intact. Avoid bleach or any harsh chemicals that could damage the material.
   • Machine Wash: If machine washing is required, place the flag in a mesh laundry bag and use a gentle cycle with cold water to prevent any damage.
   • Drying: Lay the flag flat or hang it to air dry. Do not use a tumble dryer, as excessive heat may cause the fabric to shrink or degrade.
2. Storage:
   • Proper Storage: Make sure the flag is fully dry before storing it to avoid the growth of mould or mildew. Store it in a cool, dry location, away from direct sunlight to preserve its colours and fabric.
3. Folding the Rwanda Flag:
   • Begin by laying the flag flat on a clean surface, ensuring the front (design) is facing upwards.
   • Fold the flag lengthwise, aligning the top and bottom edges to keep the design visible.
   • Fold it again, this time bringing the left and right edges together.
   • Continue folding the flag into smaller sections, ensuring the edges remain aligned to avoid any wrinkles.
   • Smooth out the fabric as you fold to maintain a neat, crease-free finish.
   • Finally, fold the flag into a compact rectangle, with the emblem and colours securely tucked inside, making it easy to store and display.
