Bringing the AFL Finals to Life at Lennox St Gallery
There’s nothing quite like the buzz of the AFL Finals. The energy, the passion, the stories told through moments on the field – and in 2025, that spirit spilled beyond the stadium and into Lennox St Gallery, Richmond.
Our Evan Evans team was proud to collaborate with the AFL and TGI Sport to produce the visual identity for the AFL Finals Launch Exhibition – a celebration of the game through photography, trophies, and immersive storytelling.
From the Press Room to the Gallery Wall
With a tight deadline and multiple partners coordinating, communication was key. Across a whirlwind few days, our account manager Dan Butler worked closely with AFL publicists, producers and event leads to ensure every print was delivered on time and in perfect condition.
We produced:
Large-format foam wrap prints – dramatic action shots and crowd moments printed directly to rigid board for a gallery-quality finish.
Poster series – colour-managed runs that captured the passion of Finals footy fans.
Removable window decals – bold messaging that transformed the gallery frontage and invited passers-by inside.
From the factory floor to the gallery walls, every stage was handled with care – printing, mounting, wrapping, and couriering under a tight AFL Finals deadline.
A Celebration of Footy Culture
Inside Lennox St Gallery, fans and players alike were greeted with towering imagery of iconic Finals moments, side-by-side with the Premiership Cup and medals on display. Opening night was alive with music, speeches and photo opportunities – a reminder that football isn’t just a sport, it’s part of Australia’s cultural heartbeat.
