This April, Evan Evans was proud to partner with VenuesLive to bring the NFL Draft Party 2025 at Yarra Botanica to life, creating a spectacular branded environment that matched the energy of the night.
Managed seamlessly by our Account Manager, Dan Butler, the project was turned around in record time—from site measurements to print, delivery, and installation—all within one short week despite tight timelines and the public holiday.
The venue transformation included:
5mm corflute posters lining event areas
Custom-printed airtex mesh fencing for maximum visibility across the riverfront
Branded Eezy Wall panels creating photo-ready backdrops for fans and media
The finished result? A cohesive, high-impact venue that stood out day and night.
Hosted by comedian Charlie Pickering and headlined by a special guest performance from global superstar Tones and I, the NFL Draft Party wasn’t just about football—it was about creating an unforgettable experience.
