The Artist Behind the Wraps
Our wraps for the battery units featured artwork by the renowned local artist Mysterious Al. Known for his contemporary art and unique exhibitions in unconventional locations, Mysterious Al created a design that perfectly encapsulates the urban and natural environment of Melbourne.
Mysterious Al rose to fame in London in the early 2000s during the explosion of street art, developing a following for his wall paintings alongside contemporaries like Banksy. After moving to Melbourne in 2011, Al has made the city his permanent home, continuing to contribute to its vibrant art scene.
His design for the battery wraps imitates the cyclone fencing that surrounds the battery and incorporates standout flowers, making the batteries not just functional but also a piece of city art. Al’s passion for sharing his talents with the community, including local schools and other artists, aligns perfectly with the community-focused spirit of this project.

In keeping with the theme of sustainability, all of our wraps were printed on eco-friendly materials. We used recyclable and reusable materials wherever possible, ensuring that our contributions to the project aligned with the environmental goals of the Power Melbourne initiative.

Our colleague Dan Butler was instrumental in coordinating this event, ensuring that every visual element was perfect for this high-octane celebration at Sydney Motorsport Park.
Project Overview
To celebrate the premiere of Top Gear Australia on Paramount+, hosts Blair Joscelyne, Beau Ryan, and Jonathan LaPaglia invited media, business partners, social media influencers, and Supercars drivers for an unforgettable evening. The event was a spectacle of sleek, customized cars, thrilling hot laps, and live broadcasts, making it a night to remember.
Event Highlights
Guests were welcomed on a blue carpet with music by DJ Trey, setting the stage for a night of automotive excitement. They enjoyed a variety of gourmet food from Gassโd Pizza, Turkish Gozleme Catering, and StroopBros Waffles while admiring cars from TUNED.
The hosts made a grand entrance by helicopter, courtesy of Sydney Heli Tours, while The Stig arrived in a Paramount+ branded V8 race car, ready to take guests for adrenaline-pumping hot laps around the track. Triple Mโs The Rush Hour broadcasted live, capturing all the action.
Network 10โs Angela Bishop introduced the new season with a highlight reel, followed by an entertaining interview with the hosts and The Stig. Throughout the night, guests enjoyed V8 race car experiences by Fastrack Experience and were thrilled by the Airtime Freestyle Motocross Team’s high-flying stunts and pyrotechnic displays.
